York Region GRACE Lions Club is a Toronto-based nonprofit organization and a part of Lions Club International, a global network of community service clubs established over 100 years ago.

Founded in 2023, the York Region GRACE Lions Club initially created a simple website with limited resources, lacking updates on events and activities over the years.

Discovery Stage

We collected information on past events, photos, branding assets, and input from various club members to align the project with the club’s vision..

Design Stage

The club’s core focus areas are Green, Relation, Action, Caring, and Education (GRACE). We rebranded the website to reflect these pillars while adhering to Lions Club International's brand guidelines. Implementing a Content Management System (CMS) helped streamline both current content and future updates. Regular communication with core club members ensured a smooth project timeline.

Launch & Optimization

After gathering feedback from club members and refining the final design, we optimized the website for Search Engine (SEO) and the setting for social media sharing. The SEO enhancements and optimized page speed support higher visibility and brand consistency across platforms.
