Discovery Stage

We brainstormed and gathered information from different stakeholders e.g. existing clients, customer service officers, marketing specialists, and product owners. This helped us to know more about the needs of the projects. Then we started to prioritize the ideas and created a feature list for the minimum viable product (MVP).

Design Stage

Based on the requirements from the previous stage, we started to develop the wireframe and modified the final design. We conducted frequent meetings for effective communication. It helped us to meet the project goals.

Development Stage

Designers passed the deliverables to the software developers. During the whole development process, they had to communicate constantly in order to meet the expectations of every stakeholder.

Launch & Optimization

In the last stage, we did multiple f tests and showcases to ensure a smooth launching. We collected data continuously. By doing data analysis and ongoing meetings, we made informed decisions and optimized the user experience. In 2019, Stapps won the Best Hidden Gem in the Google Play Awards, receiving attention from customers and potential investors.
